She prepares healthy, delicious and mouth-watering recipes. Today I am sharing the appetizing and tempting Recipe of Espicada Chicken by Shireen Anwar. Definitely you will try it.
Ingredients
1/2kg Boneless chicken cubes
2 Capsicum cut into big square
2 Tomatoes cut into big square
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Meat tenderizer
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp White pepper
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Peri peri sauce
2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for Peri Peri Sauce
1 small Onion
4 big ones Red chilies whole
1/2 cup White vinegar
1/2 cup Oil.
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Citric acid
1 tbsp Crushed fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp Coriander crushed
2 tbsp Crushed red chili
3 tbsp Lemon juice.
Method
For Sauce
Take 4 large red chilies soak them overnight, then take 2tsbp crushed red chilli,1/2 cup oil, 1tsbp crushed coriander, 1tsp garlic, 1small onion, 1tsp citric acid, ½ cup white vinegar, 3tsbp lemon juice, 1tsbp crushed fenugreek seeds with soaked red chilies. Blend all these ingredients very well until when they become smooth and even.
For Marination
Firstly you have to cut boneless chicken into 3 inch cubes which are slightly flatten in shape. Add 1tsp salt, 2tsp soya sauce, ½ tsp white pepper, 1tsp garlic paste, 1tsp meat tenderizer, 2tbsp lemon juice, 2tbsp peri peri sauce and 2tsp oil in it mix it well and marinate it for at least half an hour.
Now take few wooden skewers. Cut tomatoes and Capsicums in cubes. Put these chicken cubes on skewers with tomato and capsicum cubes alternatively. Cook over it on hot grill. Now put a burning coal on it and drop a little oil on it. Cover it for 2-3 minutes and serve it with boiled rice and peri peri sauce. Its really yummm i am loving it.
