Pakistan’s Largest Flag

Around 24,200 students of Pakistan set a new record by making the human national flag and mosaic picture in youth festivals Lahore.

 

That record smashed a five-year-old record set in Hong Kong. It was a glorious aspect of  integrity of 24,200 people shown in Lahore. The youth of the country simulate a majestic image of Pakistan as they gathered from all over the Punjab in the national hockey stadium Lahore. They had shown the incredible discipline throughout the record. The site  for the event was anxiously arranged . And thousands of boxes were made to position the students and divided them to form the Pakistani flag.

Guinness adjudicator Gareth Deaves said “It was an fascinating view and after observing the figures of 24,200, I declared it as the World Record. He added more that “Every single one of you deserves this record.” Chairman Sports Board Punjab Mian Hamza Shahbaz Sharif and MNA Shehbaz Sharif was there as the Chief Guest.

MNA said, Congratulations! You people have set another example for the world by making this flag. You have shown to the world that the enthusiasm you people have cannot be defeated. You made the entire nation so honored.”

At the same day Pakistan youth had set another record. On that day the 1937 children of different schools  first gather for the formation of the biggest mosaic picture. They created the picture of Lahore Fort. The Guinness World Record adjudicator observed the attempt from different angles and heights declared it also as another Guinness world record.

One night before from this record almost 42,813 people in the National Hockey Stadium sang the national anthem together, and knocked out the previous record of 15,243 held by India. Gareth Deaves declared that “the youth of Pakistan is touching the sky in the world of records.”
