Home Remedies For Healthy and Strong Hair

Hair are a gift of God. Every women desires to have beautiful hair. Hair is a blessing that enhances the physical appearance. Healthy hair plays an important role in styling and enhancing the personality.

There are many types of hair problems due to the use of harmful chemical products for example thinning, breakage, split ends, dandruff, etc. The common factors for these hair problems may be excessive stress, deficiency of nutrition, pollution, harmful chemical products and poor care of the hair. If we look in the past, women took better care of their hair, in today’s busy routine we don’t have much time. So, we go for the products which claim to show instant results which is not a right solution for healthy hair. Hair can look beautiful by using natural products instead of visiting expensive saloons and using expensive products.

Here are some home remedies for healthy and strong hair.

Banana

  • mash a banana in a bowl with fork.
  • apply the mixture from root to tip.
  • leave for 15 minutes.
  • wash with shampoo.

Egg Yolk

  • take the yolk of 2 or 3 eggs.
  • mix them well.
  • apply the mixture on hair for 10 minutes, then shampoo.

You can repeat the procedure at least once a week to ensure best results. This treatment will soften and condition your hair.

Mayonnaise

  • apply mayonnaise on wet hair.
  • leave for 15 to 1 hour.
  • rinse well and shampoo.

Mayonnaise is an excellent deep conditioner.

Oil

  • Apply warm oil on the scalp.
  • use coconut oil or olive oil for best results.

Onion

  • slice an onion into two halves.
  • rub it on the scalp.
  • leave for few hours then wash.

Honey

  • take organic honey.
  • massage on the scalp.
  • leave for 15 minutes.
  • rinse off thoroughly.

honey will keep the hair shining and free from dryness as well.

Strawberries

  • mash 8 strawberries with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  • apply on wet hair.
  • cover with a shower cap and then with a warm towel.
  • wash with a shampoo and conditioner.

Along with these remedies, drinking plenty of water and regular exercise will make the hair healthy and soft. The more you exercise, better is the blood circulation and better will be the growth of hair.
