The latest upcoming Bollywood movie of Aamir Khan “PK” enjoyed great hype the moment its teaser poster was launched and the only reason behind this was the unusual avatar of Mr. Perfectionist. This poster displays Aamir in an avatar where he is completely nude! Amir Khan may not have anticipated this. Though on the other side his colleagues and fans went crazy over his first (read nude) look in PK. However, some thought it is obscene.

Hence, an advocate from Kanpur has filed a case against him, producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and promoters of the film over the promotional poster published in newspapers on Friday.

According to a leading daily, advocate Manoj Kumar said the ‘obscene pic’ had terribly hurt his sentiments. “When I received a copy of the newspaper I was shocked with the poster. Newspaper reaches crores of people, including children and the elderly.”

The case has been filed under section 292 of the IPC, for obscenity. So, lets see where will this case lead Aamir and his new film and will this legal issue have a positive or a negative impact on his new film. Some say that this case will work out as another publicity stunt which will take PK to the race of 100+ crore film.
